Renee + Joe’s Wedding | Atlantic City Country Club

©CaponePhotography_001

If we could sum up Renee and Joe’s wedding with just one word, without a doubt, it would be “stunning”.  Whether it was the vintage 1938 Packard, touches of rhinestones and pearls, or the romantic candle decor at Atlantic City Country Club…Renee and Joe were all about the details!  It was the perfect day from beginning to end, and we are so thankful we were there to take part.

Congratulations to this lovely couple, their families and friends!  Here are a few of our favorite images from their wedding day…

Anna and Mike’s Wedding – Dreams Riviera Resort | Cancun, Mexico

One of the most amazing parts about our profession is that it allows us the opportunity to venture the world.  In less than a year, we’ve been extremely fortunate to travel to quite a few places.  We get to photograph some of the most memorable sights and beautiful events, one of which was Anna and Mike’s extraordinary destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico.

We flew down to Dreams Riviera Resort and caught up with some of the most down to Earth people you will ever meet.  We were greeted with smiles, hugs and invitations to play some volleyball!  Just look at some of the unbelievable views, details and fun we walked into…

Anna and Mike put so much thought into everything that went into their tropical affair – a passport invitation, gold chandeliers, coral color details and so much more.  It truly was their dream wedding…

Anna and Mike decided that they wanted to have a “first look” prior to their beach ceremony.  The winds were ever in our favor…

And when having a wedding in Mexico, you treat your family and friends to the upbeat sounds of a mariachi band…

We had SO much fun at Anna and Mike’s wedding!  So much fun, that we didn’t want it to end.  The morning after their wedding, we woke up bright and early for a sunrise/Trash the Dress shoot.  It was the perfect way to end this amazing journey.

Anna and Mike – it was truly an honor being invited guests at your wedding.  We hope that all of the images we created bring back memories of palm trees, crystal blue waters and white sand.  But more importantly – we hope they are a constant reminder of the amazing love and bond the two of you share.  Congratulations!

Want to see the entire 3 day celebration?  Of course you do!  If you haven’t seen it already, here’s a highlight video that we created for Anna and Mike…

Deanna and David’s Wedding – The Seacolt, Bethany Beach, Delaware

The invitation was sent as a message in a bottle, letting all of Deanna and David’s guests know to arrive at the oceanfront property of The Seacolt.

David and his groomsmen stood on the second floor balcony, overlooking the crashing waves.  They wore khaki pants, white button up shirts and flip flops.  They completed the look with vibrant colored leis that were sent directly from Hawaii.  David and his guys walked along the shore, shot some pool in the estate’s billiard room and indulged in Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Champagne Cigars.  Today was a celebration, and celebrating was exactly what David was doing!

Deanna sat in front of a mirror on the third floor bridal suite, delicately finishing up her makeup.  “It’s here!” she exclaimed as she clapped her hands with elation.  Deanna and her bridesmaids shared moments of tears and laughter, shot a bit of pool as well, poured champagne and toasted to the “almost” Mr. and Mrs.  Today was a celebration, and celebrating was exactly what Deanna was doing!

A bamboo arbor and palm trees embellished the shore of Bethany Beach, Delaware for Deanna and David’s ceremony.  The music played softly through the air as Deanna descended the dunes.  She walked toward David, who smiled from ear to ear.  They said their “I do’s” as family and friends watched on and parents shed tears of joy.  Deanna and David were now joined as one, and walked along the sand.  They dipped their feet into the ocean, as Deanna spun around splashing and David laughed at his beautiful bride.

The laid back atmosphere of the day continued into the evening.  Deanna and David enjoyed their first dance and laughed as David’s best man gave a very humorous speech.  And tears rolled down Deanna’s cheek as her maid of honor told stories from their childhood.  At the end of the night, Deanna and David snuck away to the rooftop to enjoy fireworks on the beach in their honor.  Today was a celebration, and celebrating was exactly what they were doing!

Deanna and David – your wedding day was truly amazing from beginning to end.  And just like the decorations on each of the reception tables…eat, drink and be married!  For more of Deanna and David’s wedding at The Seacolt in Bethany Beach, visit their personal Facebook album by clicking HERE.

Jamie and Sam’s Wedding – Atlantic City & The Carriage House, Galloway Twp.

“It’s a Shore Thing!”

Jamie is one of four daughters in a very close-knit family that continues to grow – and now Sam has become a part of it.

We met Jamie ten years ago when we photographed her sister’s wedding.  As time went on, we got to photograph her other two sisters’ weddings and we got to meet her boyfriend, Sam.  Several years ago Jamie told us that when she and Sam were ready to get married, they wanted us to be there also.

After watching her sisters experience one of the most memorable days of their lives, it was now Jamie’s turn.

Jamie and Sam were married in the church of St. Nicholas of Tolentine in Atlantic City during a very emotional ceremony.  In fact, Jamie made it only half way through her vows before she started to cry.  Her sisters joined in shortly after.

The bride and groom chose the beach and boardwalk in Atlantic City for their photo session.  We started on the beach taking a lot of fun shots with everyone, and then we went to the boardwalk for more.  Jamie and Sam drew quite a crowd as they posed in a “rolling chair” surrounded by their wedding party.  A lot of tourists/paparazzi went home with wedding pictures in their cameras that day!  😉

After the photos, it was time to make our way to The Carriage House in Galloway for an exquisite reception with a seashore theme that included a real sand castle in the main lobby and live fish in the guest table centerpieces – a great touch!  The party was awesome, and the dance floor was the place to be for the rest of the night, as the guests danced to music supplied by Matt and Rob of Dance Party DJs .

We here at Capone Photography have always said that we have been blessed with the best clients!  It has been such a pleasure for us to have been invited to document so much for this family over the last ten years – thank you!

Jamie and Sam – we are very happy for you both!  Your wedding day was so exciting, romantic and emotional.  You had the time of your lives and we hope you continue to do just that for many, many, many years.

Image of the Week (Gibney-Cinelli Wedding)

You remember those Corona commercials??  Well, that was the inspiration for our image of the week!

Jen and Frank’s beach themed wedding took place in Central New Jersey.  Their ceremony was held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Manasquan, NJ.  Followed by their reception at the Spring Lake Tennis Club in Spring Lake, NJ.  Their cocktail hour was held pool side, providing their friends and family the perfect opportunity to surprise the happy couple with an aerial banner.

So here’s to Jen and Frank – a Corona Cheers to many more years!!!

Image of the Week (Watkins-Pontano Wedding)

We know we’re doing this a few days early, but since our weekend is so jam crammed with weddings and Get to Know You Sessions – we thought it best to post NOW!

We photographed Mary and Tom’s Wedding down at beautiful Congress Hall in Cape May, NJ.  The weather was nothing but spectacular…and what more can you ask for when photographing a beach wedding?!  We were able to capture some images in and around Congress Hall, as well as out on the beach.  Mary and Tom were more than willing to take on the sand, ocean, and even wind!  For that – we thank them both, and are pleased to post this awesome image from their special day.  If only Junior could have made it down!   🙂      (FYI – Junior is their dog)

Happy Friday everyone.  And be sure to do the “no rain dance” for us, for the weekend ahead!
