Caitlin and Kris…YAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!

So let’s see – how well do you know the bride and groom?

1. Where did Caitlin and Kris go on their first date?  They went to the Philadelphia Museum of Art to see the Renoir exhibit.

2. Who did they run into outside on the museum steps while they were there?  The Capones!!!!!!  How coincidental was that?

That was two years ago and now the big day has finally arrived.

At the home of Caitlin’s parents, Janet and Jack, there was so much excitement in the air!  The bridesmaids even serenaded the bride with ‘Going to the Chapel’ as she dove; head first, into her Demetrios gown.  Ken Stillman of Kenneth Stillman Video joined us in documenting the day.

After a romantic, candlelit ceremony in St. John of the Wilderness Church in Gibbsboro, it was off to the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art for the party.  But first, our bride and groom braved the city traffic and made their way to the center of Broad Street for a few pictures while rush hour commuters, and even a few city police, cheered them on.

On their fourth date, Caitlin and Kris attended a Stevie Wonder concert, so it’s only fitting that they chose ‘For Once in My Life’ for their first (wonderfully choreographed) dance.  Jonathan Strout of DiNardo Brothers Entertainment, provided just the right music so that the crowd could really let loose.  And as if their night wasn’t fun enough, after the reception the wedding party, some friends, and even us, joined them at Pat’s Steaks and then Geno’s where the party – and the eating – continued for a little while longer.  A terrific ending to a truly wonderful day!

Even we had the opportunity to party like rock stars with our bride, groom, and their guests.

Caitlin and Kris, we are so happy for you!  We wish you many cozy evenings watching Scrubs after dinner, or Enchanted on DVD, along with Lacey Cat.  And whenever you hear Stevie Wonder on the radio, (which you will), we know you’ll just look at each other and smile…
