When it comes time to create images for a GTKY (Get to Know You) session, it’s always important to incorporate things of significant value. Some couples may want to include a “Save the Date” sign, bring along their adorable little fur-baby or wear specific clothing colors that represent something special to them. For Rebecca and Joe, they wanted to go to the location where Rebecca’s parents had their wedding pictures taken. It was the perfect way to tie the two relationships together and make Rebecca and Joe’s pictures even more enjoyable for them…and their parents!

When it comes to an engagement session, it’s always special when a couple decides to go to a location that has sentimental value. Perhaps it was the restaurant they had their first date, the beach they were engaged at, or maybe it’s their favorite athletic complex because they’re diehard sports fans! However, Gina and Alex opted for a peaceful and quaint local park because they frequent there. And let’s face it – the park is just super charming! Besides, when you’re an amazingly creative floral designer like Gina and you have an outgoing and lively personality like Alex, a park that houses wildflowers and a jungle gym is probably one of the most perfect spots you could photograph this down to Earth couple.
