Admittedly, Jill is quite the Mickey Mouse fan.  So it was no surprise that all of the details that made up Jill and John’s wedding were Mickey related!  All of the bouquets and boutonnieres created by Sweetens Florist had a crystal Mickey detail, Jill’s “something old” was her grandmother’s handkerchief – complete with rhinestone Mickey and Minnie Mouse details, all of the bridesmaids wore diamond Mickey rings, Jill and John’s unity candle pictured a loving Minnie bride and Mickey groom, and on the bottom of Jill and John’s shoes were the sayings “I Do” and “Me too” in the classic ‘Walt Disney script’.

But the details didn’t stop there.

As guests made their way into the breathtakingly beautiful Skylight ballroom at the Merion, each person was gifted a pair of Mickey ears to wear throughout the night.  Jill and John’s wedding cake was decorated with Mickey detailing,  Jonathan Strout of DiNardo Brothers Entertainment filled the air with the delightful sounds of classic Disney movie soundtracks, Jill and John’s sweetheart table was accented with an adorable bride Minnie and groom Mickey, and illuminated on the skylight dome was a personalized monogram in…you guessed it…classic Disney font!

Jill and John – You two are the epitome of true love and true friendship.  You’ve waited to find your forever partner and, by chance, it could not have been any more perfect.  After all, “once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairytale.”  We’re so happy you both found yours.  Congratulations!
