We met up with Amie and Mike at the Art Museum in Philadelphia.  It was a time for us to get to know them both…and we must say, they rocked!  The two of them were totally up for anything when it came to taking pictures!  What more could we ask for?

Lauren, James, and the RAIN

We think it’s safe to say that the majority of this month has been full of nothing but rain!  It just so happened that during Lauren and James’ Engagement Session…it did just that.  “Bummer” some of you may say, but it actually turned out to be a great time!  We waited it out for a bit until the rain subsided.  The rain continued off and on throughout their session, but it certainly didn’t stop our brave couple.  The good part to all of this, was that everyone who was visiting the Art Museum that day left due to the inclement weather.  We had the whole place to ourselves.  🙂

Amy and Sergio’s Wedding – The Merion, Cinnaminson, NJ

We’ve been looking forward to photographing Amy and Sergio’s Wedding for quite some time!

Family and friends gathered at Our Lady of Grace Church, in Somerdale, New Jersey, to celebrate the union of this great looking couple and their families.  Amy and Sergio are fond of the city, so even though both the ceremony and reception were in New Jersey, they were excited to venture over to Philadelphia to take pictures after the ceremony.

Their reception was held in the Skylight Ballroom at the Merion in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.  An authentic Mariachi Band played for everyone during cocktail hour, followed by the unbelievable sounds of Big Ric in Vegas from EBE Entertainment.  Amy and Sergio had top notch wedding vendors working for them that day.  We were honored to be a part of their fantastic event!

25 Years of Motivation came to Philadelphia

The Get Motivated! Seminar was held yesterday at Philadelphia’s Wachovia Center.  We arrived at 7 A.M. (what we THOUGHT was early) and it was already packed! 

The purpose of the seminar was to motivate individuals to achieve greater success in their business as well as every day life.  This star-studded event was jam packed with wonderful knowledge, excitement, and positivity.  From well known celebrities such as Charlie Manuel (coach of the Philadelphia Phillies), Donovan McNabb (Eagles Quarterback), Steve Forbes (founder of Forbes Magazine), Cole Hamels (Philadelphia Phillies pitcher), Rudy Giuliani (former Mayor of New York City), and even General Colin Powell (former Secretary of State) all gave a little insight into their success.  It was quite inspirational.  There was even a raffle for a 47” Insignia LCD, a dance contest for a trip to Disney World, and even a drawing for $10,000!   Unfortunately, we didn’t win.  Better luck next year.  🙂

Marital Bliss

Shari and Gordon’s Wedding – Marriott Downtown, Philadelphia, PA

We started the day in South Jersey, where our beautiful bride stepped into her Eve of Milady gown.  We continued the rest of our day in Philadelphia, where we met Gordon, his groomsmen, and the families at the Art Museum.  Shari and Gordon decided to meet each other and take pictures before the ceremony.  So when the two of them saw each other for the first time, the emotion was quite powerful.  Tears from our Bride and Groom as well as loving cheers from their friends and family, definitely provided us with some great photojournalistic images!

Their ceremony and reception were both held at the Downtown Marriott in Philadelphia.  We had the pleasure of working with Iovino Video Productions and rocking out to the awesome sounds of Shari and Gordon’s entertainment, Band of Gold.  Shari even had a little surprise for Gordon, when she had a bagpipe player make an appearance.

Shari and Gordon – we appreciate the opportunity to work with you, your friends, and families.  We had such a great time with all of you and can’t wait to work with you again!

Rachelle and Tony’s Wedding – Auletto’s, Almonesson, NJ

We started this beautiful May wedding in West Collingswood Heights, New Jersey with Tony and his family.  As you can tell from one of the images, Tony owns a gorgeous Corvette.  Such a sweet ride!  We then got to work with Rachelle and her family in Elmer, New Jersey.  A lot of excited family and friends were there to share in the day, before Rachelle and Tony officially “tied the knot.”

Their wedding was at Auletto Caterers in Almonesson, New Jersey.  The ceremony was held in the Sunset Garden overlooking Almonesson Lake, followed by cocktails in Auletto’s vintage wine cellar.  The celebration continued in the Ballroom, with musical entertainment provided by none other than Mike DiNardo, of DiNardo Brothers Entertainment.  It was a great party!

Coldplay at Susquehanna Center

I’m slacking just a little bit.  I meant to post these the other day, but things over here have been a bit busy.  Thank goodness!  🙂

On May 26, my brother (the elusive Capone) and I had the amazing opportunity to go to the Coldplay concert (thanks to Dad’s crazy bidding war — see Blog Post dated May 14th), held at the Susquehanna Center in Camden, NJ .  We had VIP seating and were so close, I could almost touch Chris Martin. (haha…I wish!)  They played a ton of their best hits, some oldies but goodies as well as the latest and greatest.  Everything from Yellow, The Scientist, Clocks, Strawberry Swing, and of course…Viva La Vida.  I just wanted to share with all of you, a few images that I was able to grab that night.  Unfortunately, I could only bring my “point and shoot” digital camera, but it still got the job done.  Enjoy the images and if you have never seen Coldplay in concert before….GO!

IT. WAS. AWESOME.
